Our aim is to introduce young children to indoor rowing which until now did not have a  real strategy to engage younger children. We use elements of rowing bar the water!

ITV Gladiator Champion
Weininger Irwin is a British community sports leader, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and the founder of Cool Rowings and Ageless Teenagers. He is best known for becoming UK’s first ITV Gladiators Champion and has since used sport and exercise to promote health, inclusion, and community engagement.
- He works with schools, scouts, youth groups, community organisations, and older adults across East London and Essex.
- Charity fundraiser, including a UK’s 1st Solo 24 hour endurance Red Nose Comic Relief rowing challenge covered by ITV  to raise awareness of issues such as prostate cancer and youth violence.
- Advocate for increasing diversity, inclusion, and participation in rowing through innovative projects and community outreach.
